Installing Your New Fence
Fence installation is a process that requires experience and expert planning. Our fence installation contractors understand how to obtain the proper permits and procedures required for installing a new fence on a property. Our installation process ensures that your project meets state and local regulations.
1. Estimate & Planning
During this phase we’ll evaluate your property, take measurements, evaluate obstacles, select fence materials, style, etc, and provide a detailed quote that includes labor, materials, permit fees, and removal costs.
2. Permits & Regs
We’ll find out if your fence line sits on top of gas, water, and electric lines to ensure safety and costly mistakes don’t occur. We’ll also get the proper permits and HOA approval as well making sure that your new fence is within your property line.
3. Fence Installation
Installing your fence takes about 4-5 days to complete. This includes setting string lines, digging post holes, and setting posts. Once the concrete has cured we’ll begin attaching rails and posts to your fence as well as fence gates.
4. Finishing the Job
Once your fence is properly installed, we’ll finish up by staining and sealing your fencing if using wood. We’ll also remove all the debris created when we built your new fence. The final result is a beautiful and functional new fence for your property.
